致在荆外籍及港澳台人士的一封信
亲爱的外国朋友、港澳台同胞们：
8月1日，荆州市沙市区新增2例外省关联新冠肺炎确诊病例（轻型）。8月2日下午，荆州市新冠肺炎疫情防控指挥部发布通告：将荆州市塔桥路以东，江津中路以北，工农路以西，东岳东路以南（沙市区政府和荆州理工职业学院除外）的围合区划定为中风险地区，从即日起以上中风险地区实行封控管理。为了您的生命安全和身体健康，我们诚挚地向您呼吁：
1、非必要不离荆，不前往中高风险地区和出现本土病例的城市，及时关注各地区的风险提示，掌握国内中高风险地区名单，谨慎、合理安排个人行程。
2、近14天曾到过中高风险地区或发生本地疫情的城市、与感染者同乘交通工具或活动轨迹有交集的人员须主动向所在社区、居委（村）、工作单位、所住酒店报备，自觉配合落实健康管理措施。
3、如出现发热、干咳、乏力等症状，请佩戴口罩及时就医，主动如实报告近期行动轨迹。前往药店购买相关药品，应按要求登记。
4、配合做好全员核酸检测，积极接种新冠疫苗，共同构筑全民免疫的铜墙铁壁。
5、所有旅游景点景区、游乐场所、室内密闭娱乐场所、电影院、宗教场所等人员聚集性场所暂停开放，前往交通站场、商场超市、宾馆酒店等人员密集场所，应配合落实扫码、测温、戴口罩等防控措施。
6、加强个人健康防护，养成规范佩戴口罩、勤洗手、常通风等良好卫生习惯，自觉做到少出门、不串门、不扎堆、不聚集。

A Letter to Foreign Friends and Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Compatriots in Jingzhou
Dear foreign friends, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan compatriots:
On Aug 1, Jingzhou shashi district reports 2 confirmed COVID-19 cases(light symptoms), which were related to the confirmed case of a tourist group in Huai 'an, Jiangsu Province.
On Aug 2, Jingzhou COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control headquarter issued a notice to define such enclosed area as medium risk area: east of Taqiao Road, north of Jiangjing Middle Road, west of Gongnong Road and south of Dongyue East Road(except Shashi District Government and Jingzhou Vocational College of Technology). Above medium risk area is now under quarenteen control management. We sincerely ask you to take the following measures for your safety and health:
1. Don’t leave Jingzhou city unless necessary. Don’t go to medium-or-high-risk areas or the cities with local cases. Pay attention to the notice of the epidemic risk adjustments and the lists of the cities with medium or high risks. Arrange your necessary trips cautiously.
2. Please report to your community, workplace and hotels you are living in or have lived and cooperate with the health management measures if you have been to medium-or-high-risk areas or the cities with local cases in the past 14 days, take the same public transportation or have contacts with the confirmed cases.
3. Please go to the fever clinic immediately with masks on and report your travel history if you have a fever, dry cough and fatigue. Please make a registration as required when buying medicine in pharmacies.
4. Please cooperate with medical staff for COVID-19 nucleic acid test, and get vaccinated to realize the group immunity.
5. All tourist attractions, amusement places, indoor closed entertainment places, cinemas, religious places and other personnel gathering places in Jingzhou are temporarily closed. Please follow the COVID-19 prevention and control measures by having your health codes scanned, body temperature measured and masks on if you need to visit the crowded public places such as transportation stations, shopping malls, supermarkets, hotels.
6. Strengthen your personal health protection. Practice good hygiene habits by wearing masks properly and washing your hands frequently. Please do not go out or gather unless necessary.
7. Please contact the local foreign affairs office or Office of the Foreign Affairs Commission of the CPC Jingzhou Municipal Committee(Tel.: 0716-8468818 Contact: Ms. Peng) if you need help in case of emergency.
